If you find that your product has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that returns or refunds are only accepted for items that are damaged upon arrival..
Shipping Information
For specific postcode areas, our shipping costs are as follows:
- BT74, BT92-94:
- £20 for one keg
- £20 total for two kegs delivered to the same address
- £30 for three kegs
Drink Depot NI Shipping Rates
Shipping rates within Northern Ireland (NI only) are as follows, exclusive of VAT:
- 5L Keg: £10.00
- 20L Keg: £15.00
- 30L Keg: £18.00
- 50L Keg: £25.00
- Special Rate for BT1-BT17: 50L Keg at £12.50
Postcode Areas & Delivery Times
Please note the estimated transit times based on postcode areas:
- BT1 – BT20 & BT23 – BT43: 1-2 days delivery
- BT21 & BT22 & BT44 – BT61 & BT68 – BT94: 2-3 days delivery
